Stockholm is situated on the water. On a couple of islands. One of them, a small one and a former naval island, I just in the middle. We played at an old coal storage that nowadays is a party venue.
We set up our stage in the afternoon and sound checked. We knew that a “woman” would sing on our stage just before us. It was Regina Lund! She’s a multitalented star in Sweden and I’m a big fan! I was a little star struck. I must say. But she was so nice and helpful.
Anyway we had a good gig. It was fun playing and people was dancing a lot. We are not used to that cause our music is …. not really suited for that. But it was nice! And they seemed to like it.
It was a long night so rather late, just an hour before midnight, we were packed again in our little Peugeot bus and headed to the studio to unload.
So now focus in on the 10:th of June. Next gig.
