Yeah, kind of upsetting, every year... the same... and always un fun. The cold and dark that October brings. I'v been around for 56 Octobers now and still I'm amazed by how cold and dark it get's. And how fast. Well the further north you are it becomes more visible and I'm in Sweden. But you must feel it in England, USA and continental Europe too. Don't you?

City Lights is a song about loneliness and the desperation that follows after years of searching for a new friend to chare your life. The songs lyrics is inspired by a part of my own life but the words, the very right words, came from a speach a young girl held a summer some years ago. She was just breathtakingly honest and she had this very beautiful way of using the words. This became the words of the City Light's song.I t's all a kind of a dark song and is well suited for October listening.
